Chinese for Labour‘s Chair Sonny Leong was awarded the Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) and Women’s Officer, Lady Katy Blair was recognised for her services to the community with an Member of the British Empire (MBE) n this year’s Queen’s Birthday Honours List.

Lady Blair, "I am deeply honoured to be awarded the MBE for my community work over the past 28 years. This Award is for everyone who I work for and work with. They have given me the opportunity “to give, to serve”. Together, we have faced many challenges and we believe that we have made an impact in improving the quality of people’s lives. This has been possible because of our shared belief in the importance of community values.” |
